The usual setup
- A transcription tool that exports a text file
- A writing tool that has never seen that file
- An image tool in a fourth tab
- Three subscriptions, three quotas, three invoices
- Work scattered across four products with no shared history
With VoiceTapp
- One workspace where the transcript is already a document
- Every tool reads from and writes to that same library
- One token balance, pooled across your whole team
- One invoice, one login, one export button
- Version history that covers the whole piece of work
The core five
Five tools do most of the work
The other ten are there for the day you need them. These are the ones people open every morning.
The full toolbox
Fifteen tools, one login, one balance
Grouped by what they do to your work rather than by which model runs underneath.
Voice
Audio and video in, working text out.
Writing
Draft, restructure, edit and translate.
Visual
Generate, analyse and iterate on imagery.
Conversation
Assistants that reach into your files and code.
Workspace
The shared library everything else writes to.
Speech to text
The recording is the draft
Upload the call. Ninety seconds later you have a punctuated, speaker-labelled transcript sitting in your document library, where every other tool can act on it.
That last part is what separates this from a transcription service. The transcript is not an export you download and file away — it is a live document you can summarise, restructure, translate and narrate without moving it anywhere.
- 98 languages with automatic detection, including Arabic and French
- Speaker labels you rename once, applied across the whole file
- SRT and VTT export for subtitles, DOCX for everything else

The part that surprised us was how much of the spend was on minutes we never used.

Sixty-one percent, once we actually pulled the invoices for the year.

Right, and none of that showed up in the dashboard we were looking at.
Article Wizard
Long articles that hold their thread
One-shot generators lose the plot around section four: the model has forgotten the promise the introduction made. The wizard fixes that structurally.
It writes an outline first. You cut it, reorder it, and rewrite the headings that are wrong — thirty seconds of work that saves an hour of editing. Only then does it write, section by section, against the plan you approved.
- Editable outline and section briefs before a word is generated
- 2,000–4,000 word drafts that stay on the argument
- Meta description and internal link suggestions on completion

Voiceover
A second audience without a second recording
Narration in 32 languages, generated from the document you already wrote. Translate the script with the ReWriter, pick a voice, and export an MP3 ready for the timeline.
Voices are tuned for narration rather than assistant chatter, and previews are free — you hear the first fifteen seconds before you spend a token on the full render.
- 32 languages, multiple voices each, speed and pitch controls
- Free 15-second preview before every paid render
- Commercial rights included on every paid plan

Template library
Start from a template, not a blank prompt
Each one already knows the structure of the thing you are writing. You supply the specifics.
How it works
Three steps, and the middle one is the only choice you make
Bring your input
Record straight into the browser, upload audio or video, paste a URL or a document, or connect an RSS feed. Nothing has to be prepared first.
Pick a tool or template
Fifteen tools and 80+ templates, all reading from and writing to the same library. The template already knows the structure, so you supply the specifics.
Edit and export
Refine in the editor with selection-scoped AI, then export as DOCX, Markdown, PDF, SRT, MP3 or PNG — or push it straight to WordPress.
Use cases
Built for the people who ship the content
Every tab is also its own page, with the full workflow and the templates that go with it.
One team, one calendar, four formats per idea
You have one good idea a week and a calendar that wants twelve pieces. The bottleneck is not ideas, it is the mechanical work of turning one into a post, a newsletter, three social variants and a script.

What it is worth
Work out whether this is worth £59 to you
Move the sliders to your real numbers. The assumption behind the maths is written on the panel, not hidden in it.
The assumption: this model removes 55% of drafting and transcription time, not 55% of the work. Research, judgement and editing are still yours. Adjust the sliders down if that feels optimistic for your team — it is a starting estimate, not a promise.
£891
of time value, per month
Studio costs £59 a month. That is 15x the plan price.

Competitor pricing checked August 2026 on publicly listed monthly plans. If something here is out of date, tell us and we will correct it.
We are early enough that we do not have a wall of customer quotes, and inventing them would be a strange way to start. So here is the honest version: we built VoiceTapp because our own team was paying for four products that could not see each other's work. One library and one token balance fixed that. If it fixes it for you too, the free tier is large enough to prove it before you pay us anything.

Pricing
Priced in tokens, explained in words
Opaque token pricing is the single biggest reason people abandon checkout for tools like this, so here is the conversion up front: 1,000 words is roughly 1,300 tokens.

FAQ
The questions people actually ask before paying
Something missing? Ask us directly — a person answers.
A token is roughly three-quarters of a word. A thousand words of output costs about 1,300 tokens, and the prompt you send counts too. A typical 1,500-word article with a couple of revisions lands around 6,000 tokens, so a million tokens a month is a lot of writing. Every action shows its cost before you confirm it.
A rotating selection of leading commercial models, chosen per task rather than one model for everything: the best available speech model for transcription, a long-context model for file chat, a fast one for short rewrites. The current list is published in the docs and updated whenever it changes, because a vendor who hides which models they resell is usually hiding something about the price.
No. Your documents, uploads and prompts are never used to train our models or a provider's. We use zero-retention API endpoints where providers offer them, and our processing agreements prohibit training on customer data. This applies on the free plan too.
No. Every plan includes model access through your token balance. If you would rather pay providers directly, Scale lets you bring your own key, and your token consumption for those calls drops to zero.
Export everything at any time: documents as Markdown and DOCX, transcripts as TXT, SRT and VTT, audio as MP3 and WAV, images as PNG. One click produces a zip of the whole workspace. Deleting your account removes your content from live systems within 30 days and from backups within 90.
Studio includes five seats and Scale includes twenty, all drawing on one pooled token balance. Extra seats are £9 a month on Studio and £7 on Scale. Seats can be limited to specific folders, which is how agencies keep client work separated.
Transcription covers 98 languages, voiceover covers 32, and writing tools produce output in more than 30, including Arabic and French. The interface itself is currently English, with French and Arabic in progress.
High nineties on clear single-speaker audio. Crosstalk, heavy background noise and strong accents reduce it, as they do for every engine available today. Transcripts stay editable with timestamps attached so corrections take seconds rather than a re-listen.
Cancel from the dashboard at any time, with no retention call. You keep access until the end of the paid period, then drop to the free plan. Documents stay readable and exportable; only the generation tools pause.
If you have used less than 10% of a plan's monthly tokens, email support within 14 days of the charge for a full refund. Beyond that we look at it case by case and generally err toward refunding.
