Lectures, papers and notes that answer questions
The reading list is longer than the term. The lectures are recorded but never rewatched. What you need is not more text, it is a way to ask the material a question and get a page number back.
Lectures become searchable text
Record the lecture, transcribe it, and the whole term becomes full-text searchable. Finding the fifteen minutes where the lecturer explained the thing that is now on the exam takes seconds instead of scrubbing through three hours of audio.
Ask the papers, with citations
File Chat answers with the page it came from and says plainly when the documents do not support an answer. That matters more in academic work than anywhere else: an unsourced answer is worse than no answer.
Use it honestly
Summarising a paper to understand it is study. Submitting generated prose as your own is misconduct, and your institution will treat it that way. We are not going to pretend otherwise to sell a plan.
